(a) When the sales price of a motor vehicle is advertised,
the following must be disclosed:
(1) model year;
(2) make;
(3) model line and style or model designation; and
(4) if applicable, whether the motor vehicle is used,
a demonstrator, or a factory executive/official vehicle.
(b) Expressions such as "fully equipped," "factory
equipped," "loaded," and other such terms shall not be used in any
advertisement that contains the sales price of a motor vehicle unless
the optional equipment of the motor vehicle is listed in the advertisement.
(c) A photograph or other representation of a motor
vehicle used in an advertisement must be of the motor vehicle being
advertised or substantially the same as that of the motor vehicle
advertised.
