| (a) Each location where nursery products and/or floral items are sold, offered for sale or lease, distributed, grown for the purpose of sale or lease, or offered as an enticement to promote the sale or lease of other items, shall be registered with the department. (b) Application for a new certificate must be submitted on a form prescribed by the department. Each applicant shall be responsible for declaring the proper nursery/floral classification and submitting the appropriate fee to the department. Failure to complete the form in its entirety may result in denial of the registration. (c) A registrant shall display a valid Nursery/Floral certificate and, when applicable, a valid event permit. (d) Except as provided by Chapter 2, Subchapter B of this title (relating to Consolidated Licenses), the license will be valid for one year and shall expire on the last day of the month corresponding to the license anniversary date. (e) An event permit may be obtained by contacting a regional office designated by the department, during regular office hours, at least one day prior to the event. |
