| (a) The General Land Office (GLO) shall identify contracts
that require enhanced monitoring.
(b) In determining which contracts require enhanced
monitoring, the GLO shall consider factors including:
(1) contract amount;
(2) risk;
(3) special circumstances of project; and
(4) scope of goods or services provided.
(c) The GLO shall adopt procedures to administer the
enhanced contract monitoring program.
(d) Enhanced contract monitoring reports shall be regularly
provided to the commissioner, chief clerk, and when applicable, to
the School Land Board or the Veterans Land Board.
