| (a) Payments to participants will be made on a reimbursable basis, and the amount of payment will be computed by the agency. Participants who qualify for no greater than two-thirds reimbursement under Natural Resources Code, §§61.068 - 61.070, will be reimbursed semiannually. (b) Participants who qualify for 40% reimbursement under Natural Resources Code, §61.080 and §61.081, will be reimbursed semiannually. |
