State agencies and subdivisions having cause to believe beef and/or beef products purchased and delivered are not in compliance with the requirements of Texas Civil Statutes Article 4476-3(b), and these regulations, shall immediately and any other individual may report the same to the Division of Food and Drugs, Bureau of Consumer Health Protection, Texas Department of Health Resources, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756, giving full particulars.
