RULE §2.711Eligible Applicants

Public libraries and local public library systems, through their governing authority (city, county, corporation, or district) are eligible to apply for grants. To receive a grant, applicants must be members of the Texas Library System for the fiscal year the grant contracts are issued. Libraries or library systems will not be awarded more than one grant in a single grant cycle. Libraries or library systems will not be awarded a grant in two consecutive grant cycles for the same, or nearly the same, project.
