RULE §107.21 | Appearances Personally or by Representative |
A respondent may appear and be represented by the respondent's attorney of record who is authorized to practice law in the State of Texas. This right may be expressly waived. Any respondent may appear on his own behalf. A dental laboratory as defined by Chapter 266 of the Texas Occupations Code shall be represented by the owner of record or by the attorney of record of the owner of record. |
