RULE §178.5Effect of Determination on Qualifying Jobs

If a determination is made by the Office under this chapter that one or more projects constitute a Single Unified Project, the number of qualified jobs required by the Act and/or determined by Texas Workforce Commission under the Act, §313.021(3)(F), can be used to satisfy each school district's minimum number of qualified jobs established by the Act.
