(a) Each examination may be given by a test administrator or by one or more proctors under the direction of the test administrator. Each administrator or proctor shall be either: (1) a member of the commission staff; or (2) another person designated by the executive director. (b) A member of the commission staff, a test administrator, or a proctor shall: (1) comply with testing agreements; (2) set the date, time, and location of the examination; (3) control entrance to and exit from the examination site; (4) verify photo identification; (5) bar admission to or dismiss any examinee who is not eligible to sit for the examination; (6) prohibit written material or electronic devices into the examination room (7) ensure that the examination remains secure and is conducted under conditions warranting honest results; (8) not communicate any of the content of an examination to another at any time; (9) not copy, or in any way reproduce any part of the examination; (10) not assist examinees with the exam; (11) monitor the examination while in progress; and (12) dismiss any examinee suspected of cheating and immediately report the dismissal for cheating to the commission. (c) The effective date of this section is January 1, 2012. |
