RULE §210.9 | Enforcement |
If a person or entity fails to comply with the terms of this chapter, the executive director may require the entity to apply for and obtain a permit or permit amendment. The commission may also issue an enforcement order requiring remedial measures and the assessment of administrative penalties pursuant to §26.019 and §26.136 of the Texas Water Code. The commission may also seek civil penalties and injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction as provided by §26.123 of the Texas Water Code. |
