| (a) Persons other than commission employees requiring
access to space assigned to the Buildings and Property Services Division
of the commission (mechanical rooms, electrical equipment rooms, telephone
rooms, mechanical chases, data closets, and roofs of buildings) in
the state buildings under their care and control shall submit their
requests, in writing, to the director of the commission.
(b) Upon written approval from the director of the
commission, the department will notify the chief executive of the
affected agency before approving and providing access as approved
by the commander or his designee of the Capitol Regional Command Office.
