CHAPTER 477DISTRIBUTION OF BODIES
RULE §477.3Distribution Priorities

An institution shall have first claim on all bequests and donations it receives directly. However, the board may direct the transfer of bodies from the donee institution to another member institution of the board to ensure equitable distribution among member institutions.
