SUBCHAPTER IHEARINGS AND PREHEARINGS
RULE §155.417Stipulations
(a) Generally. Subject to the judge's approval, the parties may stipulate to any factual, legal, or procedural matters.

(b) Record of stipulations. A stipulation must be filed in writing or stated on the record.
