The following words and terms, when used in this section, shall
have the following meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Chief clerk--Deputy comptroller of the comptroller.
(2) General counsel--General counsel of the comptroller.
(3) Interested parties--Vendors who submit bids, proposals
or other written expressions of interest in response to a specific
solicitation for goods or services.
(4) Using agency--A state agency, governmental entity,
or other entity involved in the contract.
