RULE §215.39 | Waiver of Hearing |
After the issuance of a notice of hearing in a contested case, and in accordance with the deadlines prescribed by §215.35 of this title (relating to Reply), a party may waive a hearing and consent to the entry of an agreed order. Agreed orders proposed by the parties remain subject to the approval of the final order authority. |
