| RULE §65.38 | Game Animals: Open Seasons and Bag Limits |
Except as provided in this subchapter, it is unlawful to hunt a game animal at any time other than during the open seasons provided in this chapter or to take more than the annual or daily bag limits, or to have in possession a game animal taken at any time other than during the open season. On the first day of any open season the possession limit is the same as the daily bag limit. |
