| RULE §36.35 | Payment by Metal Recycling Entity |
A check or money order issued to a seller pursuant to §1956.0381(a)(3) or §1956.0381(a)(4) of the Act must not be cashed by a metal recycling entity or at a metal recycling entity location. |
