CHAPTER 452ADMINISTRATION GENERAL PROVISIONS
RULE §452.1Charges for Copies of Public Records
(a) The charge to any person requesting copies of any public record of the Texas Veterans Commission will be calculated according to the charges established by the Office of the Attorney General.

(b) Copies of public records shall be furnished without charge or at a reduced charge if the executive director determines that waiver or reduction of the fee is in the public interest because furnishing the information can be considered as primarily benefiting the general public.
