RULE §13.21Administrative Violations and Penalties

The violations detailed in this section will be subject to an administrative fine of $500 per violation, subject to the factors provided in §481.302 of the Act. These fines may be imposed under the procedures described in Subchapter H of the Act for violations of the Act and this chapter.

  (1) Failure to maintain records/inventories.

  (2) Failure to provide required reports.

  (3) Inaccurate or fraudulent reporting.

  (4) Failure to surrender required documents.

  (5) Failure to maintain adequate security.

  (6) Refusing to allow or failure to cooperate with inspections.

  (7) Misrepresentation of information on record or report.

  (8) Unlawful transfer or receipt of precursor chemical.

  (9) Transfer of precursor substance for unlawful manufacture.

  (10) Unlawful transfer or receipt of lab apparatus.

  (11) Transfer of lab apparatus for unlawful manufacture.
