RULE §57.10Nonlobbying Certification

(a) Each grantee shall certify that none of the grant funds, regardless of their source or character, including local cash contribution, shall be used in any manner to influence the outcome of any election or the passage or defeat of any legislative measure.

(b) A finding that a grantee has violated this certification shall result in the immediate termination of funding of the project and the grantee shall not be eligible for future funding from the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA).
