(i) All fees are nonrefundable, except as otherwise
provided by law or commission rule.
(j) Law and rule book fee is included in the application
and renewal fees for student, individual and establishment licenses,
certificates, and permits.
(k) This section provides the fees that are required
before September 1, 2023. Section 83.201 provides the fees that are
required on or after September 1, 2023.
