SUBCHAPTER FCOLLECTION OF BROODSTOCK FROM TEXAS WATERS
RULE §57.400Reports

A person holding a permit issued under this subchapter shall submit a collection report to the department within seven days of any collection activity conducted under a permit issued under this subchapter. The report shall be on a form provided by the department.
