| RULE §350.404 | Recipient Eligibility for Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Case Management Services |
In order to receive ECI case management services, the recipient must meet the criteria established in Subchapter H of this chapter (relating to Eligibility), have an identified need for case management, and agree to receive services. |
