The following words have the following meanings when used in
this chapter:
(1) I, my, you, and your--An applicant or permit holder,
unless otherwise stated or the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(2) We, us, our, and Licensing--The Child Care Regulation
department of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
