| RULE §568.5 | Individuals with a Sole Diagnosis of a Substance-related or Addictive Disorder |
A hospital shall comply with 25 TAC Chapter 448 (relating to Standard of Care) in admitting, treating, and discharging an individual with a sole diagnosis of a substance-related or addictive disorder. |
