(a) An applicant must submit for review an official
complete application with all supporting documentation, all applicable
fees, and information required by law to the Council. Complete applications
will consist of the required application materials described in Council
rules §882.1 (relating to Application Process), §882.2 (relating
to General Application File Requirements), and §681.72 of this
title (relating to Required Application Materials).
(b) To upgrade from LPC Associate status to LPC, an
LPC Associate must submit the supervised experience documentation
form, proof of passing the jurisprudence exam within six months prior
to upgrade, and the applicable fee.
