A school providing behind-the-wheel instruction shall ensure that the instruction includes: (1) actual driving practice while the motor vehicle is in motion; (2) no more than four persons, excluding the instructor, occupying any motor vehicle during the behind-the-wheel instruction; (3) notice in all contracts and advertisements of behind-the-wheel instruction being conducted with groups of students, if applicable; and (4) credit toward satisfying minimum standards for behind-the-wheel instruction for only actual time spent behind the wheel in vehicle operation. |
