CHAPTER 297COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT
RULE §297.3Inspection Priority Assessment

The inspection priority of each jail shall be determined utilizing the assessment factors as required, but not limited to, Government Code, sec 511.0085 and other factors as determined by the Commission.
