A program provider must comply with:
(1) this chapter;
(2) Chapter 558 of this title (relating to Licensing
Standards for Home and Community Support Services Agencies);
(3) if providing licensed assisted living, Chapter
553 of this title (relating to Licensing Standards for Assisted Living
Facilities);
(4) 40 TAC Chapter 41 (relating to Consumer Directed
Services Option);
(5) 40 TAC Chapter 49 (relating to Contracting for
Community Services); and
(6) 1 TAC Chapter 354, Subchapter O (relating to Electronic
Visit Verification).
