RULE §215.53Application Services Center Services

Application Services Center Services include the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications, including:

  (1) procurement, configuration, and integration of software-as-a-service; and

   (2) cloud computing services that are not Data Center Services identified by 1 TAC 215.33.
