RULE §5.202 | Physical Examinations in Motor Vehicle Insurance Underwriting |
If a company requires physical examinations for motor vehicle insurance underwriting, the costs for the examinations are not chargeable to insureds. Such examinations constitute a hidden charge for insurance and have the same status as credit and driver record reports. |
