RULE §69.8Endangered and Threatened Plants

(a) The following plants are endangered:

(c) Scientific reclassification or change in nomenclature of taxa at any level in the taxonomic hierarchy will not, in and of itself, affect the status of a species as endangered, threatened or protected.
