| (a) An applicant for a dealer's nongame permit under
this subchapter shall submit to the department a completed application
on a form supplied by the department, accompanied by the nonrefundable
fee specified in Chapter 53 of this title (relating to Finance).
(b) Permits shall be issued to named individuals only,
resident or nonresident as applicable, and shall not be issued in
the name of any firm, organization, or institution.
