RULE §111.125 | Testing Requirements |
Upon the request of the executive director or a designated representative of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (commission), or a representative of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, or the local air pollution control agency, compliance with §111.121 of this title (relating to Single-, Dual-, and Multiple-Chamber Incinerators) shall be demonstrated by application of the test methods included in paragraphs (1) - (4) of this section, as appropriate. Compliance with §111.124 of this title (relating to Burning Hazardous Waste Fuels in Commercial Combustion Facilities) shall be demonstrated by application of the test methods included in paragraphs (1) - (5) of this section. Test reports prepared to demonstrate compliance with §111.124 of this title shall clearly document the operating conditions and waste feed composition existing during the test. |
