(a) Once the inspection and/or investigation is complete, we will notify, in writing, the person in charge or director, and the applicant, permit holder, board chair, or designee of the outcome of the inspection and/or investigation. (b) We will also notify whoever made the report, unless: (1) The reporter has indicated that he does not want to be notified; (2) We have determined that there is a reasonable likelihood that notifying the reporter will jeopardize the reporter's safety; or (3) The reporter will receive notice in another capacity pursuant to subsection (a) of this section. |
