Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The Texas Real Estate Commission (Commission) adopts by reference standard contract form TREC No. 48-1 approved by the Commission in 2019 for use as an addendum to be added to promulgated forms if the parties agree to hydrostatic testing.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
