Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
This chapter implements Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 443, regulating the manufacture, distribution, and retail sale of consumable hemp and consumable hemp products in the State of Texas.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
