The Texas Real Estate Commission (Commission) adopts by reference standard contract form TREC No. 38-7 approved by the Commission in 2021 for use as a buyer's notice of termination of contract.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
