Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
To comply with Texas Government Code §2161.003, the Commission adopts by reference the rules of the Comptroller of Public Accounts in 34 TAC Part 1, Chapter 20, Subchapter D [B] (relating to the Historically Underutilized Business Program).

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the proposal and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
