Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
(a)Cost of a transcript of a SOAH proceeding ordered by a party is paid by that party. Cost of a transcript of a SOAH proceeding ordered by the administrative law judge is split equally between the parties.

 (b)A party or witness who needs an interpreter or translator is responsible for making the request under SOAH rules.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
