Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
To renew a certificate under this subchapter, a certificate holder must have completed 16 hours of approved continuing education prior to renewal as required by §1101.509, Texas Occupations Code.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
