The following assessment instruments are approved by the Board:

  (1)ASSET and COMPASS offered by ACT;

  (2)ACCUPLACER offered by The College Board

  (3)Texas Higher Education Assessment (THEA) (formerly TASP Test) offered by National Evaluation Systems, Inc.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
