Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
This chapter is promulgated to establish standards for the use of the Internet and provision of telemedicine medical services by physicians who are licensed to practice medicine in this State.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
