Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule

Each person, witness, or other representative shall behave in a dignified, courteous, and respectful manner with the board, the executive director, board staff, and all other parties at board proceedings. Disorderly or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Attorneys and other authorized representatives shall observe and practice the standards of ethical behavior prescribed for attorneys by the State Bar of Texas.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
