Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The "State of Texas Travel Allowance Guide," which was issued by the comptroller in December 1999 [January 1998] and filed with the secretary of state, is incorporated by reference as a section. The guide is published by the comptroller in Austin, Texas, and copies may be obtained from the comptroller upon request.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
