The "State of Texas Travel Allowance Guide," which was issued by the comptroller in June 2006 and filed with the secretary of state, is incorporated by reference as a section. The guide is published by the comptroller in Austin, Texas, and copies may be obtained from the comptroller upon request.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
