Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

  (1)Commission--The Texas Facilities Commission.

   (2)State agency or agency--A board, a commission, or agency established by the Texas Legislature.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
