Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

  (1)Commissioner--The Commissioner of Insurance.

  (2)NFPA--The National Fire Protection Association, a nationally recognized standards making organization.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
