(b)Any questions, comments, or complaints concerning the pooled collateral program may be sent to the comptroller by email to: collateral@cpa.state.tx.us.

(c)The comptroller may provide additional information and updates regarding notification on its website.

(d)The comptroller may require the public entity, depository institution, custodian trustee, or permitted institutions to provide contact information as appropriate.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
