Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
(a)A quorum of the board consists of five members.

(b)Meetings of the board may be called by the chair on a motion by the chair or upon the written request of five members. Meetings shall be conducted in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order.

(c)At the end of a term, members shall continue to serve until their successors are qualified.

This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
